No. InstantCare is an independent home healthcare and care coordination provider. We support patients and families during and after treatment at Fortis Hospital, Mulund, alongside the hospital's own medical team.
Can you provide an attendant for my parent during the hospital stay?
Yes. We can arrange a trained attendant or nurse to stay with your parent, help with daily needs and keep the family updated after doctor rounds, subject to the hospital's visitor and attendant rules.
Can you help with cashless or reimbursement insurance claims?
Yes. We coordinate cashless pre-authorisation, collect bills and reports, follow up with the hospital TPA desk and your insurer, and track the claim until settlement. The final decision is made by the insurer or TPA.
Can someone take my father to his OPD follow-up at Fortis Mulund?
