How InstantCare collects, uses and protects personal and health information.
InstantCare ("we", "us") provides home healthcare, care coordination, medical equipment, lab test and related services in Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. This policy explains how we handle personal information, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Information we collect
- Contact details you share: name, phone, email, address, and details of the family member who needs care.
- Health and care information you choose to share so we can arrange care, such as diagnosis, prescriptions, discharge summaries and insurance details.
- Order and payment details for equipment and services. Card and UPI payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store full card details.
- Basic website usage data, such as pages visited, through standard analytics.
How we use it
- To understand care needs, arrange caregivers, equipment, tests and hospital support, and keep the family updated.
- To process orders, deliveries, payments and insurance claim coordination you ask us to handle.
- To contact you about your care or order. We will not send marketing messages if you ask us not to.
Who we share it with
Only with people who need it to provide the service you asked for: our caregivers and coordinators, doctors and hospitals involved in the care, labs, delivery partners, payment partners and, for claims, the insurer or TPA. We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect information and limit access to those who need it. We keep information only as long as needed for care, legal, accounting or claim purposes.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by writing to support@instantcare.in. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires.
