Why Families Trust InstantCare
How InstantCare selects caregivers, what happens after you call, how we keep families updated and what we do when something goes wrong.
Handing over a parent's care is one of the hardest decisions a family makes, especially when you live in another city or abroad. This page explains, plainly, how InstantCare works and what you can expect from us.
Since 2021, trusted by 1 lakh+ people
InstantCare has supported families across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai since 2021. We are rated 5.0 on Google by the families we have served. Our office is on Goregaon Link Road, Nahur West, near Fortis Hospital Mulund, so our coordinators are on the ground, not in a call centre.
How we choose nurses and caregivers
- Identity documents and qualifications are checked before anyone joins.
- Nurses are matched to the patient's medical needs; caretakers and attendants to the level of daily support required.
- Experience and references are reviewed, and new caregivers are briefed on each patient's routine before the first shift.
- Our coordinator stays in touch with the caregiver and the family throughout the care.
What happens after you call
- Free care discussion. We understand the patient's condition, the doctor's advice and what worries you most.
- Care plan. We suggest the right mix of nursing, caretakers, equipment, tests and hospital support. There is no pressure to book.
- Care starts. Often the same or next day. Equipment is delivered and set up, and the caregiver is briefed.
- Regular updates. One coordinator shares updates on WhatsApp, with video calls when you need them.
When something goes wrong
- If a caregiver is unwell or on leave, we arrange a replacement.
- If you are not comfortable with a caregiver, tell your coordinator and we will change them.
- Our helpline is available 24/7 for emergencies, including ambulance and hospital admission support.
- If a concern is not resolved, write to support@instantcare.in and a senior team member will respond.
Honest about what we do
- InstantCare is an independent home healthcare and care coordination provider. We are not part of any hospital, and hospital names on our website only describe where our clients are treated.
- Medical decisions stay with the treating doctors. We support and coordinate; we do not replace your doctor.
- For insurance claims, the final decision is made by the insurer or TPA. We handle the paperwork and follow-up.
