The terms that apply when you use InstantCare's website, home care services and medical equipment rental or purchase.
These terms apply to InstantCare's websites and services. By booking a service or placing an order, you agree to them.
Our services
InstantCare arranges home nursing, caretakers and attendants, care coordination, hospital and insurance support, medical equipment on rent or sale, lab tests at home and related services. Services are described on our website and confirmed with you before they start.
Medical responsibility
InstantCare does not replace your doctor. Treatment decisions remain with the treating doctors, and caregivers follow the doctor's instructions. Information on our website is general and is not medical advice. In an emergency, call an ambulance or go to the nearest hospital.
Bookings and payments
- Charges, duration and scope are confirmed before care or rental starts.
- Payments can be made online or as agreed with our team. Invoices are shared for all payments.
- Insurance claim coordination is a support service; approval and settlement are decided by the insurer or TPA.
Medical equipment
- Oxygen and breathing devices are supplied only with a doctor's prescription.
- Rental equipment remains InstantCare's property. A refundable deposit may apply. Please use it as demonstrated and inform us of any problem.
- Damage beyond normal use may be charged after inspection.
Caregivers
Caregivers are arranged and supervised by InstantCare. Please do not make separate arrangements with caregivers outside InstantCare during or for six months after the engagement, and please inform us of any concern so we can act on it.
Liability
We take care in arranging services, but to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or order concerned.
